The O2 Xda Flame features a giant 3.6 inch TFT VGA touch screen showcasing beyond 262,000 colors and offers a marvelous resolution of 480 x 640 pixels. It also boasts of two integrated cameras- the first one being the 2 MP CMOS camera that comes with the option of self focus in the rear and the other camera in the front. Possessing an internal memory of 128 MB RAM and 2 GB inbuilt flash, the storage capacity can be enlarged using mini SD cards.
